Today we received a glowing phone call from a very happy customer about one of our drivers James Mckay.

The customer concerned was picked up from A&E by James in the early hours of saturday morning and was still feeling quite unwell. James ensured that the passenger was comfortable and offered his jacket to keep her warm.

On arrival at the destination, a busy city centre road, James walked the customer across the road and made sure she got home safely.
