Principal Activities
The Group's principal activity is the supply of radio taxis, on an account or credit basis, to London's business and private communities. To deliver this customised service we employ state-of-the-art methods with GPS satellite tracking and automatic allocation systems to control and direct our Computer Cab branded licensed taxis, the largest in the UK. In addition we operate another fleet of licensed taxis under the Datacab brand.
Review of Developments
With the economic slowdown continuing through 2002, Computer Cab implemented some fundamental changes to the business during the year. Good progress on strategic Information Technology projects, strengthening of processes as well as the restructuring of the London business has allowed us to improve both cost efficiency and our service provision. The benefits of these initiatives will accrue in 2003.

Future Prospects
Although the economic climate remains difficult, the directors are optimistic that the Group will continue to be profitable into the year 2003.
