History
When, in 1974, the company was first formed it came to the marketplace with a new business principle - that is, new for the taxi industry - it “put the customer first”. This led to a different type of radio company operation focused on delivering a better standard of service to customers. The net result was that the company grew rapidly attracting more customers and, as a result, more drivers. But perhaps, most importantly, drivers who wanted to work a “customer first” system. Today, with a fleet of over 3,700, Computer Cab are the market leaders.

Fleet
Throughout central London and the suburbs, we carry out 12,000 bookings a day utilising our combined fleets of over 3,700 taxis.

Location
Our head office is in Harrow, HA1 (click here for our location map). We also have offices at Westbourne Park, W9 (click here for a location map) and a new Fleet Service Centre at White City, W12, that consists of a team of dedicated staff members who welcome new drivers and do all they can to sort out any issues that drivers may have. Quality Management
We have maintained our quality standard accreditation and have recently replaced our old standard with the new standard ISO9001:2000. We are the only taxi company in the UK to achieve this accreditation for our entire customer facing operation and we maintain a quality management approach to every aspect of our business.

Services
We supply a fast, reliable taxi service on a credit account basis to both business and personal users in the Capital. Customers include many of the worlds leading financial, legal and media institutions.

We also specialise in the supply of services to users with special needs.
